Virtual: DiSC Styles & Leadership

Topic-Leadership | Module 1 from Core Leadership Skills series | Virtual Training

Leading others starts with understanding and leading yourself first. Your ability to communicate with others is based on your own style, and the style or preferences of others. Sometimes these styles work well, and sometimes they don’t. This workshop will help you understand your own DiSC style, how it influences others and how you might want to flex or modify your style to work more effectively with others.

Program Goal
Provide leaders with a model to understand their own, and others, behavior and tendencies in order to build better, more effective relationships across differing styles.

Program Objectives
After completing this program, participants will be able to:

  • Identify their own DiSC style and the priorities that drive them during the workday
  • Manage reactions to different DiSC styles
  • Use the DiSC model to understand the people they work with
  • Bridge their differences with others using DiSC
  • Utilize DiSC to build more effective relationships at work
