This program provides a comprehensive look at the practical aspects of creating and maintaining an effective HR record information management (RIM) system. Participants will come away with an understanding of all the different records HR should be handling, and why. Participants will also learn the value of documentation, how and when to document and who should be documenting.

  • Establish a procedure and protocols to protect their company should there ever be a recordkeeping breach
