Raymond D. Bennett, Director, Learning & Development

Ray joined The Employers' Association in June of 2019 and is responsible for broadening the scope and impact of our Learning and Development programs, Leadership Coaching, Organization Development, and Team Building solutions for our member and non-member companies.

As a collaborative leader, consultant, and business partner with over 30 years of experience in Business, Education, and private consulting, Ray has helped hundreds of employees and teams to improve their productivity, effectiveness, and relationships through business education, training, and personal coaching. His expertise focuses on the following topics and services:

Throughout his career, Ray has managed a variety of strategic projects and has led teams and projects successfully with the Whirlpool Corporation, Herman Miller, Steelcase, and with Highpoint Consulting Services which he founded and led for several years.  In the public sector, Ray has led educational functions at the University of South Florida, and the Kent Intermediate School District.  Ray has three grown children (no grandkids yet), is married to Sheila, and lives in Rockford, Michigan with their adolescent golden retriever, Chesney.
