Joining The Employers’ Association is a cost-effective decision. Your annual membership fee provides a wide range of services to prevent HR problems. The Employers’ Association is a not-for-profit employers’ association, incorporated in 1939, serving the West Michigan employer community from its Grand Rapids office. We help hundreds of member companies maximize employee productivity and minimize employer liability through practical human resources and management advice, training, survey data, and consulting services.
