Robust and effective employee onboarding programs have been shown to dramatically increase employee engagement, productivity, and positively influence retention. While some companies attain degrees of success with their onboarding efforts, most forego the maximum benefits possible in favor of faster and easier onboarding approaches that may seem reasonable, but fail to produce desired results.
